As such, it is important to us that our customers understand our policies, particularly when it comes to refunds. Please take a moment to review the following policy in detail:

1. No Refunds on Made-to-Order Artworks: Given the customized nature of our products, all orders at Fuzzy Rescue are final. As each artwork is crafted based on individual specifications and cannot be restocked or resold, we do not offer refunds on any order once it has been placed.

2. Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee cancellation once the design process has commenced, we will do our best to halt the production if it’s in the very early stages. However, please be advised that no refunds will be issued for cancellations; instead, a store credit may be provided at the discretion of Fuzzy Rescue.

3. Quality Assurance: We stand by the quality of our work. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or there is an error in the artwork that deviates from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assess the situation, and while refunds are not available, we may offer a reprint or a correction at no additional charge.

4. Damage During Shipping: While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition, shipping mishaps can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will review the damage and may offer a reprint, but refunds will not be available.

5. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address during the checkout process. Fuzzy Rescue cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach the recipient due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, a re-shipping fee will apply. Refunds will not be available in these instances.

6. Modifications and Approvals: Before finalizing the design for printing, customers are often provided with a design proof for approval. It is essential to thoroughly review this proof and ensure all details are correct. Fuzzy Rescue is not responsible for errors or omissions that were present in the approved proof, and refunds or reprints for such issues will not be available.
