For the devoted dog aficionado, we understand the importance of prompt and secure deliveries. At Fuzzy Rescue, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and reliably. Here are the details concerning our shipping timelines and procedures:

Production Time: Quality requires time. Bespoke and Personalised orders generally take between 2-4 days for design and dispatch. Please be aware that during our high-demand sales periods, the processing time might be extended.

Approval Process: To ensure the finest quality for our Bespoke/Personalised Artwork, we provide all customers with a selection of artwork designs for approval prior to printing. The speed of your response facilitates a quicker dispatch.

Order Tracking: We believe in transparency. As such, every order is accompanied by a tracking feature. Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will promptly provide you with the tracking number.

Holiday Shipping: Please be advised that due to high demand in November and December, there might be slight delays in delivery times. Our courier services experience a high volume of shipments during these months.

Transit Time (from moment of dispatch):

  • USA: 5-10 working days
  • CA, AUS, UK: 5-10 working days
  • Europe: 5-10 working days
  • Rest of the World: 10-15 working days

Shipping Costs:

Additional Notes on Bespoke/Personalised Products:

  • Photo Requirements: If your order requires an updated photo, it will extend the production phase. We encourage high-quality images from the outset to ensure efficiency.

  • Auto-Approval: We offer a 72-hour window for artwork approval. If we do not receive feedback within this timeframe, we will proceed with the provided design.

Address Accuracy: To facilitate smooth deliveries, we stress the importance of providing an accurate and complete address during checkout.

Should there be discrepancies or missing details in the address, we will need to contact you for corrections, potentially delaying the order. If orders are returned due to address inaccuracies, they may be returned to our partner warehouses and be subject to disposal. Please double-check the address prior to finalizing your order. Should an order be returned due to address issues, a re-shipping fee will apply for any subsequent dispatch.

Modifications After Dispatch: If alterations to the delivery are made post-dispatch through the courier service, Fuzzy Rescue cannot be held responsible for any misplacements or damages incurred.
